Cancellation & deposit policy

We hold a clinical-grade schedule. These rules keep care fair for every guest and our team.

  • Deposit required

    All appointments require a deposit to confirm your reservation.

  • Deposit credits your service

    Your deposit is applied toward the total of your service at check-in.

  • 24-hour notice

    Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Late cancellations & no-shows

    Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

  • Same-day bookings

    Same-day bookings are final unless approved by Mighty IV staff.

  • Intake required

    Clients must complete intake and screening before any service is performed.
