Yes — every protocol, drip, and injection is overseen by our medical director, a board-certified physician licensed in Illinois.
Do I need an appointment?+
We strongly recommend booking online. Walk-ins are accepted only when a clinician is available.
Where are you located?+
Our flagship is at 415 W. Fullerton Pkwy, Lincoln Park. We also offer concierge service throughout Chicagoland.
Do you offer concierge / in-home service?+
Yes. We travel to homes, hotels, and offices. A $75 travel fee applies; complimentary for Elite members.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
All major cards, Apple/Google Pay, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible.
How long does an IV take?+
Most drips take 30–45 minutes. NAD+ infusions run 60–90 minutes.
Is there an age requirement?+
Guests must be 18+ for IV therapy, peptides, and aesthetic services.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes — pause or cancel anytime, no penalties. Unused drips roll over for 60 days.
Do you sell gift cards?+
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in any amount and never expire. Contact us to purchase.
